How to place an order

Ordering with us is easy!

• Simply choose the product(s) you would like to purchase and click “ADD TO CART” symbol.
  
• Shop memorizes those items you have put into your virtual basket, so you may continue browsing the shop and choosing what you need.
  
• After you have completed your selection, proceed to checkout by clicking on basket symbol. Easy instructions will guide you through shipping and payment process.
  

Shipping methods

We offer the following shipping methods to our customers:

• Registered Mail (tracking number provided)
  
• Courier (by special request)
  

Parcel tracking

After shipping your order TTMode.com will provide you a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charge of €9.90 will be added to orders.

Shipping Large Items

Shipping charges for large items as tables, nets, scorers, etc., will be quoted upon request.

Delivery

We ship your ordered  items within 24 hours after receiving your payment  from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania  via Lithuanian Mail.

For standard delivery to happen it takes:

• 5-7 business days Europe
  
• 7-12 business days Worldwide

 Delivery time with Courier is 3-5 days worldwide.

Payment

We accept our customer payments through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Paysera, WebMoney, cashU, Safety Pay and other payment systems.

Privacy and Security

All payment and credit card data is secured by the most sophisticated SSL security certificates and hardware and software solutions provided by Paysera.com or Paypal.com.

Payments transactions are always transferred to a safe portal – Paysera.com. Credit card data is entered and saved into the data base of Paysera.com. TTMode.com has no access to credit card or account data.

The personal data of our customers is used only for delivery of purchased products.  To protect confidentiality we do not share or sell information to other parts.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within one business day.

Return Policy

TTMode.com wants you to be completely satisfied that your order meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund (except shipping/delivery costs), exchange, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in their original unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.  

• Blades must be in a box, unused and cannot have any scrapes or glue on surface. Blade boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
  
• Rubbers must be sealed in an original package.
  
• Shoes must be in original condition, must not be worn, must include the original, undamaged packaging. You may use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer’s shoe box.
  
• Clothing items must be returned clean, unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  
• Bags, accessories must be returned unused with their original packaging and labels.
  
• Special Offers and custom made bats cannot be returned.
  

TTMode.com will refuse items returned in unsalable condition.

Before returning any item(s), please inform us in advance by e-mail info@ttmode.com.

Shipping cost is not refunded.

In case of product exchange TTMode.com will not charge you any delivery cost for a new purchase.
